This blend is amazing for blood  flow and will support with inflammation, joint pain, bruising, general muscle aches as well as pain and soreness. We recommend to apply this by massaging into the spine and on reflex points on feet. You can also apply to the direct area of any muscle cramps, pain and bruises.

Ingredients: Organic shea butter, sweet almond oil, organic coconut oil, candelilla wax. Essential Oils: Wintergreen, peppermint, eucalyptus, cypress, spanish rosemary, lemongrass, grapefruit, ginger, vetiver, lavender & roman chamomile.
